- Select Mode: Use the single button for desired light (All/Red/NIR) or pulse mode.
- Treatment Time: Device has a built-in 20-minute timer per session. Do not exceed 30 minutes on one treatment area.
- Frequency: Recommended daily use of 1-2 times for at least 4 weeks for optimal results. Move to the next treatment area after each session.
