Warranty coverage and service methods vary by product category. The following policy provides general guidance. For customized products, OEM/ODM projects, or orders covered by a separate agreement, the terms specified in the applicable sales contract or warranty agreement shall prevail.
REDDOT products are covered against defects in materials, workmanship, and product function under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.
The warranty period is calculated from the manufacturer's shipping date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable products include designated REDDOT red light therapy panels and other devices covered by REDDOT's warranty agreement.
Within the first 6 months
If a product develops a non-human-induced quality defect:
From 6 months to 1 year
For confirmed non-human-induced quality defects:
From 1 year to 3 years
For confirmed non-human-induced quality defects:
Small and portable red light therapy products, such as red light therapy masks, belts, handheld devices, and similar products, are generally covered by a 1-year warranty unless otherwise specified for the individual product or order.
For a confirmed product quality defect that is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or other human factors, REDDOT may provide a replacement product or replacement parts during the warranty period after evaluation by our technical or after-sales team.
For large or specialized equipment, such as red light therapy beds and similar systems, warranty service is generally provided through free replacement parts during the applicable warranty period.
Due to the size, installation requirements, and transportation costs associated with such equipment, free whole-unit replacement is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our technical team will assist customers with fault diagnosis, identification of the required parts, and replacement guidance.
The REDDOT warranty applies to product defects arising under normal use. It does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Please inspect the shipment and packaging as soon as possible after delivery.
If you discover visible transportation damage, please photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged areas, and product before installation or use, and contact REDDOT promptly.
We will assist in evaluating the damage and, where applicable, coordinate the appropriate solution with the customer and logistics provider.
Transportation damage should be reported as soon as possible so that supporting evidence can be preserved for any logistics claim.
Warranty service is only one part of REDDOT's after-sales support.

For OEM/ODM customers and customized products, service arrangements may vary according to the product design, project requirements, and applicable commercial agreement.
Warranty periods, replacement methods, maintenance-cost coverage, shipping responsibilities, and other service conditions may vary for certain products, customized projects, or specific orders.
Where a separate sales contract, warranty agreement, quotation, or other written agreement specifies different terms, the applicable written agreement shall prevail.
Warranty remedies apply only to eligible product defects within the applicable warranty period. Except where otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, REDDOT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product failure.
