No. FDA establishment registration and device listing do not mean that FDA has approved, cleared, certified, or authorized the facility or product. For a product making medical claims, verify its classification, product code, device listing, and applicable premarket authorization or exemption.

What irradiance should I look for?
There is no universal irradiance target for every use. Look for accurately measured and controllable output at the distance specified for the exact panel, together with exposure time, wavelength, uniformity, safety limits, and evidence relevant to the intended application. Avoid choosing a device solely because it publishes the highest centre-point number.
