I have been paying for red light therapy here and there for 7 years. It took me over two years to buy my own. A friend has a a different company’s panel that I use when I visit her. My panel is definitely more powerful. My daughter and I have Seen results already. Her acne and scars are clearing up, and she is absolutely glowing. For me a few old injuries are feeling much better, and my skin elasticity is improving.

I purchased the RLT panel and tabletop stand for my senior parents to aid in muscle and joint relief. They have been very pleased with how easy it is to use. I bought the biggest one I could so that I could cover the most area. I have fibromyalgia and joint pain. I've been doing a total of 25-30 mins every other day to cover my whole body and I'm starting to feel a difference. Less pain and more energy with the MB accompanying it. It's only been 3 weeks, but it's definitely making a difference! Can't wait to see the difference 3 months from now. I definitely plan on adding one to cover my whole body at once.

The REDDOT LED Therapy Lights are a game changer. I've been using it about 3 weeks now to help with back and leg pain and it's been phenomenal. I do a total of 20 minutes per day (10 min front, 10 min back). Since doing this therapy, any pain is gone, and it seems I have more energy and stamina on my weekly challenging hikes and long-distance bike rides. I'm not entirely sure it's due to the LED therapy, but it's the only thing I've changed over the past 3 weeks and my energy has been consistent during the time I've used it. I'm excited to see where this leads in the future.
