Harnessing Light for
Holistic Wellness
You can't build a quality product with substandard materials. It's like trying to build a house on a foundation of sand.
REDDOT employs a rigorous Incoming Quality Control (IQC) process to inspect all raw materials before they enter the production line. This meticulous process, including material recognition, a multi-stage introduction process, detailed IQC inspections, and verification of supplier data, ensures that only high-quality components are used in our red light therapy panels.

I've seen companies cut corners on incoming inspection, and it always comes back to bite them. Here's how we make sure we're starting with the best possible materials.
We don't just look at the materials. We test them. Thoroughly.
Before any new material is approved for use, it undergoes a comprehensive Material Recognition Process. This process involves a series of tests to verify its functionality, compatibility, and reliability.

We don't just start using a new material overnight. We ease into it.
Once a material passes the Material Recognition Process, it enters a carefully controlled Material Introduction Process. This gradual ramp-up allows us to monitor its performance and identify any unforeseen issues before full-scale production.
A timeline illustrating the Material Introduction Process
Every shipment, every component, every time. No exceptions.
Upon arrival, all raw materials undergo a thorough IQC Inspection Process. This process includes a visual inspection, functional testing, and reliability testing to ensure that the materials meet REDDOT's stringent quality standards.

Inspection Step | Criteria | Tools Used | Action if Failed |
---|---|---|---|
Packaging | No damage, proper labeling, secure sealing | Visual inspection | Reject shipment, quarantine materials |
Appearance Inspection | No scratches, cracks, discoloration, or other visual defects | Visual inspection, magnifying glass | Reject defective materials, quarantine batch |
Functional Inspection | Material performs its intended function correctly | Testing equipment specific to the material (e.g., multimeter) | Reject defective materials, quarantine batch |
Reliability Testing | Material withstands stress tests (e.g., temperature cycling, humidity exposure) without degradation | Environmental chambers, stress testing equipment | Reject batch, re-evaluate supplier |
We trust our suppliers, but we always verify.
REDDOT requires suppliers to provide test data with each shipment of raw materials. This data is then compared to the results of our own sampling and testing to ensure consistency and accuracy.

REDDOT's commitment to quality starts with the raw materials. Our IQC processes give our customers peace of mind about the quality of our products.
